Nikki’s Wives to headline Indie Week Awards Show!

TORONTO, ON – Indie Week reveals premiere Canadian alt-rock trio, Nikki’s Wives, known for their electric live performances, as the headliner of the Indie Week Awards Show on Sun Nov 17 at The Mod Club Theatre. They’ll be joined by performances from Indie Week’s Best of the Fest.

Nikki’s Wives released their latest single “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun”, a cover of the Cyndi Lauper classic, on July 26th on Anti-Fragile Records and our working on a brand new EP. After their sold out show at Lee’s Palace last spring this will be the band’s triumphant return to Toronto.

The Indie Week Awards Show will also celebrate a selection of other artists based on their performances during Indie Week and how well they encapsulate the independent spirit. Following the ceremony, attendees will gather for the annual Live Rock Karaoke closing party at The Bovine Sex Club.
